Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and establish individualized care plans with input from patients and families. Implement and adjust occupational therapy treatments, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals. Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans. Adhere to ethical practices, confidentiality, and departmental policies, including attendance and dress code.
