## Job description

Role Overview: A dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in acute care, providing patient assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitative services to enhance independence and functional recovery. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring proper documentation. Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, develop and revise care plans, deliver targeted therapy activities, and coordinate discharge planning. Act as a resource for staff and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, valid OT licensure, and BLS certification are required. Must possess effective communication skills, customer service orientation, team collaboration abilities, and basic computer proficiency. Additional Expectations: Participate in professional development, complete mandatory training, and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment. Embrace ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
