Patient Assessment: Collaborates with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment goals, plans of care, and discharge strategies, ensuring realistic and patient-centered outcomes. Documentation & Compliance: Records evaluations, treatment sessions, and education according to departmental standards, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices. Professional & Customer Service: Engages in ongoing professional development, fosters teamwork, and applies customer service principles such as AIDET to ensure positive patient interactions. Qualifications & Skills Masters or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
