Key Responsibilities Develops and revises individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families. Provides patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Collaborates with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans. Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental standards. Acts as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication. Participates in staff meetings, professional development, and mandatory training. Fosters a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional customer service. Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
