On site Architect

We're Hiring — Site Architect High-End Hotel Project · Tbilisi, Georgia Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (on-site) Type: Full-time Languages: Fluent Georgian and English (spoken & written) required Cana Form is expanding its technical team for a high-end hotel project in Tbilisi and is looking for an experienced Site Architect who is comfortable on a live construction site and can bridge the design with intent with what gets built. This is a full-time, on-site and Office role the successful candidate will be at the site Part of the day for reports etc, and in office. What You'll Do • Attend the construction site every day, monitor progress across the different work fronts, and produce accurate daily site reports • Check executed work against the drawings and specifications, catching discrepancies early with a sharp, detail-focused eye • Coordinate closely with the Construction Management team on sequencing, site conditions, and technical queries • Produce and update construction-ready drawings in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, coordinated with the management team and ready for execution • Support technical decision-making on site and keep design, documentation, and site reality aligned What We're Looking For • Degree in Architecture • Minimum 5 years of experience on site and office work. (hospitality / hotel experience is a strong plus) • Strong, practical understanding of construction site situations and building methods • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD (required); Revit is an advantage • Solid working command of English, in addition to fluent Georgian • An accurate, observant eye for quality and detail, and the ability to work confidently and independently on site • Good coordination and communication skills for daily work with the construction management team Why Cana Form We are an international architecture, interior design, and technical construction firm working across hospitality, mixed-use, and residential projects.
