Role Description The Online Game Presenter is a full-time, on-site role based in Batumi. In this position, the individual hosts live casino games in front of the camera, explains game rules clearly, and guides players through each round while maintaining an engaging and professional demeanor. Daily tasks include managing the game flow, handling game equipment and interfaces accurately, announcing results, and ensuring all procedures follow established gaming and compliance standards. The role also involves interacting with players through chat in a courteous and neutral manner, providing basic support, and escalating issues to the appropriate team when needed. The Online Game Presenter collaborates closely with studio supervisors, technical staff, and other presenters to maintain a smooth broadcast experience and uphold consistent quality. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills and clear diction, with the ability to present confidently on camera. Customer service mindset, including professionalism, patience, and a friendly, neutral approach to player interaction. Comfort with technology and ability to learn studio systems, game interfaces, and basic troubleshooting steps. Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures, handling game equipment, and adhering to regulatory and company standards. Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, in an on-site studio environment in Batumi. Fluency in English or another relevant operating language; additional language skills are a plus. Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, customer support, or gaming is beneficial but not strictly required. Comfort working under studio lighting and in front of cameras, with a professional appearance suitable for live broadcasts. Team-oriented attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and performance improvement.
