## Job description

Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead high-performing teams. Design and manage operations with a data-driven approach while providing strategic vision and leadership. Client Engagement : Build robust relationships, understand the needs of client and proactively create solutions E Operations Management : Foster operational enhancements for optimizing resources, operational efficiency, quality, and performance tracking progress toward business objectives. Business Management : Oversee the profit and loss of business operations while executing the business strategy. Responsible for profitability through management of revenue, margins, billing, seat usage, and retention rates. Business Development : Identify market opportunities, collaborate with marketing/sales teams to drive business growth Technology Integration : Facilitate the implementation of new technologies, digital solutions and tools, that improve performance, productivity and workflows. Strategic Planning : Spearhead strategic planning initiatives across functions to create budgets, expansion strategies, and operational frameworks covering service design, operational costs, hiring, etc. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years in relevant fields. Experience in a senior operations management position within BPO, contact center, or CX settings. Strong abilities in communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and analytical thinking Operational Excellence Technological Focus Fluency in English is required; German is a plus On-site working with flexibility A Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline is preferred.
