Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Team Member located in Tbilisi. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of tours, and coordinating with different departments. Tasks include handling sales inquiries, managing projects, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. The Operations Team Member will also be responsible for analytical tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong Communication and Sales skills Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management Excellent Analytical skills for operational improvement Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks Experience in the travel industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field preferred
