30 September Operations Administrator — AI Video Production JOB DESCRIPTION Requisition ID: EP-OPS-001 | Tbilisi, Vake | Full-time, on site Entertainment.Properties creates film, video and AI-powered storytelling for international clients. Join our Tbilisi team to build practical skills while contributing to high-quality creative work. The opportunity Support an international creative team producing AI-generated vertical drama. You will coordinate schedules, organize production materials and keep daily work moving smoothly between artists, editors and management. Your key responsibilities: ** Maintain task boards, production schedules, asset trackers and daily status updates. ** Organize scripts, reference images, approvals, revisions and completed deliverables. ** Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and internal communication. ** Follow up on deadlines, identify missing information and escalate production issues. ** Handle administrative tasks accurately and protect confidential client materials. What we look for ** Strong written and spoken English; Georgian preferred and Russian useful. ** Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail and time management. ** Comfortable with Google Sheets, project-management tools and learning AI workflows. ** Reliable personal computer and availability to work in our Vake office.
