Our operations encompass production, warehousing, procurement, branch replenishment, and order fulfillment. We are looking for an Operations Manager to establish effective processes and improve coordination across these interconnected areas. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Tbilisi. The main purpose of the role is to assess, establish, and optimize operational processes across production, warehouses, retail branches, and B2B activities. This includes organizing how materials are purchased and received, how production is planned, how products move between locations, and how branches and business clients are supplied. The successful candidate will translate operational needs into clear procedures, responsibilities, controls, and reporting systems, ensuring that improvements are implemented and consistently followed by the team. Key Responsibilities * Assess existing operations, identify bottlenecks and process gaps, and implement practical improvements. * Develop and introduce standard operating procedures across production, procurement, warehousing, retail operations, and B2B order fulfillment. * Establish clear responsibilities, communication routines, and handover procedures between teams. * Coordinate production planning with branch requirements, B2C demand, and B2B orders. * Organize procurement and replenishment processes, including stock monitoring, supply requests, receiving, storage, and distribution. * Improve raw-material and finished-product inventory controls, including stock counts, transfers, traceability, and discrepancy resolution. * Establish reliable processes for supplying all three retail branches and fulfilling B2B orders accurately and on time. * Train and support employees, monitor performance, and ensure that agreed procedures are followed. * Track operational costs, resource usage, waste, and losses, and introduce measures to improve efficiency. * Define operational KPIs and provide regular reports on results, risks, and improvement priorities. * Ensure that workflows support consistent product quality, food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards. * Work closely with company leadership, sales, accounting, and logistics to resolve operational issues and support business growth.
