Job Overview We are seeking an Oracle EPM Support Analyst to provide production support and light enhancement services for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, primarily Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM environments, managing production tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and implementing small enhancements while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EPM ARCS and FCCS applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related support tickets within agreed SLAs. Analyze functional and technical issues and identify root causes. Support account reconciliation, financial consolidation, close processes, and related EPM activities . Perform configuration changes and light enhancements based on business requirements. Support data loads, integrations, mappings, business rules, and application configurations. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reconciliation/consolidation issues. Work with business users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Perform testing of fixes and enhancements, including unit and regression testing. Maintain documentation for support procedures, configurations, and implemented changes. Coordinate with other technical teams for issues involving integrations, data, security, or upstream/downstream systems. Participate in knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of EPM support processes. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud , preferably with strong experience in ARCS and FCCS . Hands-on experience in production support and ticket resolution . Good understanding of ARCS reconciliation processes and FCCS consolidation/close functionality. Experience with EPM application configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Data Management/Data Integration , mappings, and data loads. Understanding of business rules, dimensions, metadata, and security within Oracle EPM. Ability to analyze functional issues and determine appropriate technical solutions. Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment .
