Order Processing Specialist

Requirements Higher education; 3+ years of work experience in international logistics; Preferable experience with IT equipment; Knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of international trade; Knowledge of document flow of international transportation of goods; Knowledge of Incoterms rules. Responsibilities Placement of orders with manufacturers; Control of orders at all stages of production and delivery; Interaction with manufacturers to accelerate, coordinate the time of shipment; Maintaining a database of orders and their statuses; Complaint management with manufacturers, resolution of disputes; Registration and control of payments to manufacturers; Preparation of reports for manufacturers. Personal Qualities Negotiation skills; Ability to analyze large amounts of data; Ability to handle stress; Assiduity; Able to learn.
