We are seeking an exceptional individual to join us as an Outlet Manager and take full ownership of Drop's by Boygar's, our outlet concept. In this role, you will be directly accountable to the Store Director for the outlet's commercial performance — sales, margin, assortment, and team. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sell-through, protecting gross margin, and building a curated outlet offer that reflects the BOYGAR'S brand, even in an outlet format. You will learn, grow, work passionately, and experience the joy of bringing your passion to your work every single day. • Be the first • Be Kind • Be Passionate • Be Part of our Family Your Responsibilities Include: Commercial Performance & P&L • Own full P&L responsibility for Drop's by Boygar's: sales, gross margin and net sales vs. target. • Monitor and manage sell-through rates to ensure healthy stock turn. • Control discount depth — propose and approve all markdowns. • Track outlet-specific KPIs: margin %, stock turn, sell-through rate. • Report commercial performance regularly to the Store Director. Assortment & Collection Management • Select and manage the outlet assortment together with store director— decide what merchandise goes to Drops. • Balance categories, price points and brands to maintain a coherent outlet offer. • Evaluate stock ageing and propose reductions, markdowns or transfers accordingly. • Coordinate with the Buying team on incoming outlet stock — quantities and timing. • Ensure the floor reflects a curated, coherent outlet presentation at all times. Discount & Pricing Decisions • Propose markdown strategy per product category and season. • Approve all discount applications at Drops — no CA-level unauthorised discounting. • Monitor price positioning versus the outlet market and competitor activity. • Maintain gross margin discipline — balance sell-through speed against margin protection. Team Management & Development • Lead and develop the Drops CA team: daily briefings, coaching and KPI reviews. • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for Drops CAs, aligned to outlet performance goals. • Manage onboarding and training of all Drops team members. • Ensure service standards match the BOYGAR'S brand — even in outlet format. • Handle scheduling, conduct and day-to-day team operations independently. Store Operations & Client Experience • Guarantee a warm and welcoming customer experience consistent with BOYGAR'S standards. • Actively engage with customers on the Net Promoter Score system and ensure NPS callbacks are completed. • Ensure operational procedures are followed accurately, including cash zone, cleaning, security, fitting rooms and back office. • Oversee daily checklists and act accordingly. • Ensure a safe shopping and working environment. • Supervise staff appearance and adherence to dress code. • Oversee receipt, storage, order processing and product dispatch at the outlet. • Monitor stock levels and space allocation. • Generate product and performance reports for the Store Director. • Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics and ensure compliance across the outlet team. Your Expertise: • Retail education and relevant training (experience in the Georgian job market preferred). • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in retail, ideally with P&L, outlet or off-price management exposure. • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing margin, markdown and stock turn. • Prior leadership experience managing a retail team. Your Personal Traits: • Strong sales/commercial mindset with a margin-conscious approach. • Proficiency in Office 365 and the use of iPhone/iPad. • Proficiency in Georgian and English (both written and verbal); Russian is an asset. • Empathy. • High sense of confidentiality. • Product sensitivity and merchandising instinct. • Strong interest in and active cultural life. • Organizational skills. • Leadership skills, including the ability to inspire teams and achieve targets independently.
