## Job description

Role: Full-time Paramedic providing emergency medical care in scene response and patient transportation. Responsibilities: Prepare for and respond to emergencies, assess scenes and patients, deliver life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR, oxygen, intubation, IVs, medication administration), document care, and ensure patient safety during transport. Participate in community safety programs and perform post-response duties. Core Skills & Duties Effective verbal communication in crisis situations Teamwork with EMTs and other responders Adherence to safety protocols and scope of practice Maintaining vehicle and equipment functionality Problem-solving under pressure and quick decision-making Compliance with organizational policies and standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; preferred accredited program Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Paramedic license, and valid driver’s license Minimum one year of EMS experience preferred Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, customer service, judgment, active learning, problem-solving, clear communication, time management, and report writing.
