Partner with patients and families using effective communication methods such as bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Coordinate safe, quality care through documentation, teamwork, and adherence to clinical standards. Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and promoting research and performance improvement. Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, with licensing as an RN and BLS certification. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively and respectfully. Proficient in technology and clinical documentation.
