## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practice and shared governance. They ensure individualized care by performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while partnering with patients and families to meet their unique needs. Core Responsibilities Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations. Coordinate and document safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and promote evidence-based practice. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in protocol development, resource management, and quality improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree; licensure as RN (single or multi-state compact). Current BLS certification. Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
