## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They practice according to evidence-based standards, uphold the nursing scope of practice, and align with organizational values. Their responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, and fostering relationships with patients and families to meet individual needs. Core Duties: Implement clinical care plans, promote cultural competence, and ensure effective communication through methods like bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Teamwork & Collaboration: Document care accurately, support performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance to enhance patient outcomes. Professional Development: Complete ongoing education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and support a healthy work environment. Research & Evidence-Based Practice: Promote research, participate in data collection, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Resource Management: Plan patient care proactively, develop protocols, and utilize resources efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and have at least 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Basic computer skills and proficiency in English are required.
