Key Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to individualize patient care. Coordinate and document safe, quality care using interdisciplinary methods, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment. Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance care quality. Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold licensing and certification requirements. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred). Valid RN license with multi-state compact or single-state certification. Current BLS certification. Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, preferably with direct patient care. Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to emergencies.
