As a Branch Operator, you will be the face of Plex, assisting customers with cryptocurrency exchange transactions while delivering an outstanding client experience and ensuring every operation is completed accurately and in accordance with company compliance standards. Whether you already have experience in finance or are looking to build your career in one of the fastest-growing industries, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. ⸻ Work Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Working days: Friday – Sunday Working hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Salary: 800 GEL per month High-performing employees will have the opportunity to receive promotions and transition into a full-time position as Plex continues to grow. ⸻ Responsibilities Assist customers with cryptocurrency buying and selling transactions. Receive and process cash payments accurately. Record transactions correctly within the company’s internal systems. Perform customer identification (KYC) procedures and follow AML requirements. Maintain cash register accuracy and financial discipline. Explain Plex services and answer customer questions. Deliver a professional, friendly, and premium customer experience. Maintain accurate documentation and operational records. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily branch operations. ⸻ Requirements Experience in cashier, banking, finance, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but not required. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with cash and financial transactions. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems. Ability to work under pressure while remaining organized and professional. Responsible, punctual, honest, and a strong team player. Interest in cryptocurrency or fintech is a plus (training will be provided).
