About The Role We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist in the Customer Support team for Bolt ride-hailing. As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience. Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is GEL 1060, with an additional quarterly bonus. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process Main Tasks And Responsibilities Acquire knowledge of internal programs and what it's used for Successfully support riders/drivers through multiple channels Create loyal fans by showing them we really care Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt's customer support Hybrid work schedule with rotating shifts: 03:00-09:00 remote work from home and 09:00-13:00 work is required from the office, unless the shift falls on a weekend or an official public holiday. About You You have at least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role You understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile You are always ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others You are curious as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt You have excellent spoken and written Georgian and English (B2) skills You are passionate about new technologies and ride hailing Why you’ll love it here Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
