Document evaluations, treatments, education, and discharge information per departmental guidelines. Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional appearance. Communicate effectively with team members and participate in meetings and training. Provide excellent customer service, fostering teamwork, respect, and a positive environment. Engage in ongoing professional development, complete required certifications and competencies, and participate in orientation and training. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
