Job description

We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and results-driven professional who will help expand our partner network, effectively present our tourism products, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate enjoys building professional relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Present the company and its tourism products to partners and prospective clients; - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners; - Identify and attract new partners while creating new cooperation opportunities; - Organize meetings and conduct business negotiations; - Prepare and present commercial offers and partnership proposals; - Manage the full sales cycle and achieve established sales targets; - Monitor market trends and competitor activities; - Collect and analyze partner feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.. Requirements - Experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership management; - Good command of English (required); - Good command of Russian (required); - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; - Ability to work independently and take initiative; - Results-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility; - Experience in the tourism industry will be considered an advantage.
