We are looking for hands-on penetration testers to support and deliver client-facing security assessments. With 15+ years of experience , ISO 27001 certification, and thousands of completed engagements and training sessions, ISSP combines practical expertise with strong operational capabilities. 🚀 What you’ll do Penetration Testing & Security Assessments · Conduct penetration tests across one or more domains: o Network / Internal infrastructure o Web applications and APIs o Mobile applications (iOS / Android) o Active Directory environments o Wireless networks · Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and attack paths · Perform manual testing beyond automated tools · Validate and chain vulnerabilities to demonstrate real-world impact Reporting & Client Deliverables · Produce clear, structured, and high-quality reports · Describe findings with business impact, likelihood, and remediation · Contribute to executive summaries when required · Ensure deliverables meet professional and client expectations Collaboration & Delivery · Work independently or as part of a team on larger engagements · Follow defined methodologies (OWASP, PTES, NIST) · Communicate progress, blockers, and risks during projects · Adapt to client environments, constraints, and timeline 🧠 Requirements · Proven hands-on experience in penetration testing · Ability to conduct end-to-end assessments independently · Solid understanding of: o Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, segmentation, common protocols) o Operating systems (Linux and Windows) o Common attack techniques and tool · Strong reporting and communication skills · Ability to clearly explain attack paths, impact, and remediation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 🎓 Certifications · OSCP or CPTS (minimum baseline strongly preferred) · Other relevant certifications are a plus 💡 Nice to have · Experience with: o Active Directory exploitation (e.g., privilege escalation, lateral movement) o Advanced web/API testing (business logic, complex auth flows) o Red teaming or adversary simulation o Mobile or cloud security testing · Scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) · Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles 🎯 What we offer · Work on real-world penetration testing engagements across multiple industries · Flexible, project-based collaboration model · Exposure to diverse technical environments and security challenges · Opportunity for long-term collaboration with high-performing testers · Integration into experienced teams for complex engagements ⚠️ Important This is a project-based role , not a full-time position.
