You run the day so he can stay on the actual work: calendar, appointments, travel, errands, inbox, and whatever else comes up. On-site in Tbilisi, part-time or full-time. Travel is part of the job. This is not a corporate EA seat. One person, several companies, a lot of moving pieces. You close loops. You do not wait to be asked twice. What you will do ** Own the calendar: schedule, protect time, reshuffle when plans change ** Run appointments end to end: confirm, remind, follow up ** Book travel: flights, hotels, local transport, documents, itineraries ** Keep Outlook and the inbox in order ** Keep simple trackers in Excel (lists, follow-ups, costs) ** Handle errands and local coordination in Tbilisi (vendors, services, city admin) ** Prepare the week and flag what actually needs a decision ** Treat personal and business matters as confidential What you need ** Fluent English. This is the working language. ** Georgian. You handle Georgia, not just the office. ** Real work experience. This is not a first job. ** You already use Outlook and Excel confidently. If you need a walkthrough to send a meeting invite or build a simple table, this is not the role. ** Based in Tbilisi and ready to work on-site ** Ready to travel Nice to have ** German ** Experience supporting a founder or executive ** Driver`s license
