About The Role Are you looking to join one of the fastest-growing personal injury law firms in the country? We are hiring a full-time, 100% remote Personal Injury Case Manager with Litigation Experience . We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Litigation Case Manager who can support personal injury cases through litigation stages. The ideal candidate will have strong personal injury knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage case details, deadlines, medical records, treatment updates, discovery, and litigation-related tasks in a fast-paced digital environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full life cycle of a personal injury case and can work closely with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, insurance companies, and clients to keep cases organized and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Client Communication and Case Updates Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and answer general questions. Conduct follow-up calls to check on treatment status and ensure clients are attending medical appointments. Identify and communicate client concerns, treatment gaps, or case issues to the assigned paralegal or attorney. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness. Document all client communication and case activity in Filevine or the firm’s case management system. Litigation Support Assist with transitioning cases from pre-litigation into litigation. Draft complaints, initial discovery, discovery responses, and basic litigation documents under attorney supervision. Coordinate with process servers and monitor service of process. Calendar litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, discovery responses, and other important case dates. Assist with preparing and organizing documents for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation. Send and follow up on non-party discovery requests. Assist with drafting and filing standard motions, notices, and motion responses as needed. Communicate case updates and litigation developments to clients in a clear and professional manner. Work closely with attorneys and litigation paralegals to ensure deadlines are met and case progress is properly tracked. Administrative and File Management Keep case management systems updated with accurate notes, deadlines, documents, and case statuses. Ensure all required documents are saved, labeled, and organized properly. Forward and coordinate calls, emails, faxes, and correspondence related to assigned cases. Maintain consistent communication with attorneys, paralegals, and internal team members. Take ownership of assigned cases and proactively follow up on pending items. Requirements Minimum of 4 to 5 years of personal injury experience. Strong experience handling personal injury cases in litigation. Experience with case management and client communication. Experience drafting complaints and initial discovery. Experience assisting with discovery responses. Experience calendaring litigation deadlines and deposition dates. Ability to assist with trial preparation. Strong understanding of medical records, bills, liens, treatment timelines, insurance claims, and personal injury case flow. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bilingual skills are a strong plus, either English/Spanish or English/Arabic. Why Work With Us? 100% remote position.
