Performs patient assessments, establishing and evaluating treatment goals and discharge plans with input from physicians, patients, and families. Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, and family education according to departmental protocols. Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication with team members. Engages in professional development, mandatory training, and supports new employee orientation. Fosters a positive environment, demonstrates excellent customer service, applies service recovery principles, and encourages teamwork. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Licensure as a Physical Therapist and Georgia State Licensure upon hire. Valid CPR/BLS certification.
