Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and communicating with external healthcare professionals are essential duties. Key Responsibilities Perform initial and discharge evaluations, set goals, and document treatment plans. Develop and implement timely therapeutic interventions to meet functional goals. Identify educational needs and provide PRN therapy. Participate in interdisciplinary team activities and hospital-specific skills checks. Serve as a Clinical Instructor or mentor for interns as needed. Manage equipment orders and liaise with vendors and outside physicians. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred. GA Physical Therapy license or eligibility. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum of 1 year experience in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute care preferred. Basic computer literacy.
