Programs are designed for all skill levels, from beginners learning on a prepared slope to advanced skiers receiving personalized coaching. Safety and quality are core priorities, supported by experienced and highly qualified instructors. Snowterminal also leads initiatives to discover regional mountain trails, create safe routes, and provide guided ski tours and snowshoeing excursions in the Caucasus. Role Description The Physical Therapist will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in Gudauri or Bakuriani with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing the physical condition and needs of camp participants and staff, developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation and injury-prevention plans, and providing hands-on therapy before, during, and after ski training sessions. The role involves close collaboration with ski instructors and other team members to promote safe training practices, educate participants on body mechanics and recovery, and support return-to-activity decisions. The Physical Therapist will maintain accurate records, monitor progress, coordinate home care instructions when needed, and contribute to safety protocols and health-related program improvements. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. Candidates should possess skills in Medicine and Patient Care, with a focus on musculoskeletal health and sports-related conditions. Candidates should possess experience in Home Care and follow-up support, including exercise plans and recovery guidance. Relevant degree and licensure in Physical Therapy or a closely related field. Experience in sports or orthopedic physical therapy; work with children and adolescents is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a dynamic outdoor environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered, inclusive approach to care.
