Patient Assessment: Collaborates with physicians for ongoing evaluation, establishes realistic care goals, and creates discharge plans aligned with patient/family input. Documentation: Records evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information following departmental guidelines. Professional Conduct & Customer Service: Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, effective communication, teamwork, and fosters a positive environment. Applies service recovery principles and ensures respectful interactions. Professional Development: Participates in ongoing education, completes required certifications, and contributes to staff training.
