Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients, develop and adjust care plans with input from patients and families, and create realistic discharge strategies. Treatment Delivery: Implement and modify therapy plans, select appropriate activities, educate patients, and act as a resource for staff and physicians. Documentation: Record evaluations, treatments, and discharge information following departmental protocols. Professional Conduct: Uphold ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and participate in meetings and training. Customer Service & Development: Promote positive interactions using AIDET principles, foster teamwork, and engage in ongoing professional growth. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree. Active Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and BLS Instructor or Provisional certifications. Skills: Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
