Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and uphold ethical practices. Customer Service & Professional Development: Deliver exceptional patient-centered care using AIDET principles, foster teamwork, participate in ongoing education, and meet licensure and competency requirements. Promote a positive environment and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; valid Physical Therapist license; BLS certification; effective communication; customer service orientation; teamwork skills; basic computer proficiency.
