Documentation: Record evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge records per protocols. Professional Conduct & Customer Service: Uphold ethical standards, work collaboratively, ensure confidentiality, communicate effectively, and foster a positive patient environment. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training, complete required competencies, and participate in staff orientation and training. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree. Current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and BLS Instructor and Provisional certifications. Effective communication, teamwork, customer service focus, and basic computer skills.
