They collaborate with physicians to develop care plans, adjust treatments based on patient feedback, and provide education and discharge instructions. Responsibilities Include Conducting patient assessments and establishing treatment goals. Implementing and revising therapy plans to meet patient needs. Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental protocols. Acting as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols. Providing excellent customer service using AIDET principles and fostering a positive environment. Engaging in professional development, mandatory training, and participating in team activities. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification (including instructor and provisional if applicable). Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
