## Job description

Seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing deformities caused by injury or disease. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment plans, set goals, and create discharge strategies with input from patients and families. Treatment Planning and Care: Execute therapy plans, select appropriate interventions, adjust based on feedback, provide education, and offer discharge instructions and community resource referrals. Documentation: Record evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge details per departmental protocols. Professional Standards: Uphold ethical conduct, ensure patient confidentiality, communicate effectively, and adhere to policies and infection control protocols. Customer Service & Teamwork: Lead with a focus on innovation, foster a positive environment, and apply patient-centered communication principles. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education, complete required competencies, participate in training, and meet licensing requirements. Qualifications Include Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate). Valid Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and BLS Instructor or Provisional certifications. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency. Additional duties: Perform assigned tasks, comply with organizational policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
