## Job description

Role: Part-time Physical Therapist at an outpatient rehab center, responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformity. Key Responsibilities Develop and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and physicians. Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental guidelines. Act as a resource for staff, patients, and families regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, uphold ethical practices, and ensure confidentiality. Participate in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and mandatory training. Promote excellent customer service, effective communication, and teamwork. Qualifications & Skills Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist and Basic Life Support certification. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Additional Requirements: Compliance with all organizational policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Performs other duties as assigned with a focus on quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
