Key Duties Perform evaluations, set goals, and document treatment plans effectively. Provide timely and optimal therapy interventions to achieve patient goals. Assess educational needs of patients, families, and staff, providing PRN as needed. Participate actively as part of the interdisciplinary team. Serve as a clinical instructor or mentor for interns. Maintain communication with outside physicians and other healthcare professionals. Manage equipment orders and liaise with vendors. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute care preferred. Valid BLS certification; GA PT license or eligibility.
