Additionally, the therapist will serve as a mentor for interns and participate in skills checks. Key Duties Perform evaluations, set goals, and document treatment plans. Deliver timely, goal-oriented therapy focused on functional improvement. Identify and address educational needs for patients and staff. Collaborate with team members and participate in clinical conferences. Assist with equipment orders and vendor communications. Mentor interns and contribute to skill development activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral preferred. Minimum one year of experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute settings preferred. GA PT licensure or eligibility, with BLS certification.
