Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and discharge evaluations, establish treatment goals, and document appropriately. Create and implement effective treatment plans to achieve functional goals. Assess educational needs and provide PRN therapy as required. Participate actively as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Serve as a clinical instructor/mentor for interns. Engage in hospital and discipline-specific skills checks. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred. Minimum of 1-year experience in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute care settings preferred. Active GA PT license or eligibility, BLS certification.
