## Job description

Role: Part-time Physical Therapist at outpatient rehab center. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, organize, and deliver rehabilitative services to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity. Develop and revise treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families, provide education, discharge instructions, and referrals. Evaluate patients in conjunction with physicians, document evaluations and treatments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Promote ethical practices, confidentiality, teamwork, and effective communication. Foster a positive patient experience using customer service principles, including AIDET. Participate in professional development and mandatory training, and support staff orientation. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Required licenses include PT and BLS certification. Key skills include effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency. No specific experience required but professional development and compliance with standards are emphasized.
