Maintains thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient education per departmental guidelines. Adheres to ethical practices, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates professionalism in communication and teamwork. Engages in ongoing professional development, mandatory training, and supports new staff orientation. Fosters a positive environment, applying customer service principles, including AIDET, and promoting teamwork and respect. Utilizes resources safely and efficiently while observing infection prevention protocols. Qualifications & Skills Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
