Documentation: Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, education, and discharge information per departmental standards. Professional Conduct: Uphold ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, punctuality, dress code, and effective communication. Participate in meetings, process improvements, and workload organization. Customer Service & Teamwork: Foster a positive environment, apply service recovery principles, and demonstrate respect and collaboration with patients and staff.
