Key Duties Patient assessment and ongoing evaluation of treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans. Developing and revising treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities, and providing patient and family education. Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions following protocols. Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and adherence to policies. Fostering a positive environment through excellent customer service, teamwork, and effective communication. Participating in ongoing professional development, mandatory education, and training activities.
