Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient education according to departmental standards. Adheres to ethical practices, maintains confidentiality, and complies with policies on attendance, dress code, and infection control. Delivers excellent customer service by fostering a positive environment, practicing effective communication, and supporting teamwork. Participates in professional development, mandatory education, and training activities to maintain licensure and improve skills. Performs additional duties as assigned and ensures compliance with all organizational policies and standards. Qualifications Education: Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification.
