Documentation: Records evaluations, treatment sessions, family education, and discharge details according to departmental protocols. Professional and Customer Service: Upholds ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, communicates effectively, participates in meetings, and fosters a positive, respectful environment with patients and team members. Development and Compliance: Engages in ongoing professional education, completes mandatory training, and adheres to infection prevention and safety protocols.
