Treatment Planning & Care: Execute and adjust treatment plans, select appropriate activities, educate patients and families, and provide discharge instructions and referrals. Documentation: Record evaluations, treatment sessions, education, and discharge details according to protocols. Professional & Ethical Conduct: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, participate in meetings, and utilize resources safely and efficiently. Customer Service & Teamwork: Foster a positive environment, apply communication principles, support colleagues, and demonstrate respect and professionalism.
