## Job description

Role: The physical therapist assesses, plans, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity, across a full continuum of care. Responsibilities Include Implementing treatment plans and selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals. Revising care plans with input from patients and families. Providing patient and family education, discharge instructions, and follow-up referrals. Collaborating with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans. Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and educational activities per departmental guidelines. Adhering to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring safety and infection control. Engaging in professional development, mandatory training, and team participation. Fostering a positive, respectful environment and applying customer service principles. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
