## Job description

Role Overview: A licensed physical therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities in patients with injuries or diseases. Key Responsibilities Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and input. Educate patients and families, providing discharge instructions and community resource referrals. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment goals and discharge plans. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental protocols. Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional appearance. Communicate effectively within the team and participate in staff meetings and training. Promote a positive patient experience using customer service principles. Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and skills. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; valid PT license; Basic Life Support certification; effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
