Documentation: Records evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental guidelines. Professional Conduct: Upholds ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, punctuality, and dress code, and communicates effectively with team members. Customer Service & Teamwork: Demonstrates respect, fosters teamwork, applies service recovery principles, and creates positive patient experiences. Professional Development: Participates in ongoing education, completes required competencies, and assists in training new staff. Additional Duties: Performs assigned tasks and adheres to organizational policies and standards.
