Treatment Planning and Care: Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities, revise goals, educate patients/families, and provide discharge instructions and referrals. Documentation: Record evaluations, treatment sessions, and educational materials per departmental protocols and guidelines. Professional Conduct: Uphold ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication. Participate in meetings, adhere to dress code, and utilize resources safely. Customer Service & Teamwork: Deliver exceptional patient care, foster a positive environment, apply service recovery principles, and support team collaboration.
