Provides excellent customer service, applying communication principles like AIDET, fostering teamwork, and ensuring positive patient experiences. Participates in professional development, mandatory training, and mentorship for new staff. Performs additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Educational requirement: Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
